DELIVERY POLICY:

As a part of MOM+mini’s commitment to its customer of smooth service, there are shipping methods in place to determine the time

it will take to reach you. For a single order, we only process one shipping address. Hence, if it's necessary to send different products

to different addresses then you have to place separate orders and pay separately.

CASH ON DELIVERY

MOM+mini offers cash-on delivery service only inside Dhaka City. Cash on delivery is available for perishable goods as well.

Cash on delivery is not available outside of Dhaka city.

It usually takes 24 to 48 hours within Dhaka city and 3-5 days outside Dhaka.

For now, some of our delivery will be made by a third-party courier service. But to provide a better and more efficient

delivery service we are working hard to complete an automated delivery system dedicated only to MOM+mini’s customers.

CHARGES

For MOM+mini’s precious customers, it is only TK. 80 for home deliveries Inside Dhaka City. And outside Dhaka, it is charged TK. 100

for home deliveries.

As a part of the commitment to excellent customer service from MOM+mini, we assure our customers their money is safe.

REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED FOR THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

If the customers receive a product they did not order
If the customers change their minds, they can cancel their orders before the dispatch
Refunds usually take up to 7 days after receiving and processing returns

For card payments, the refund can be sent to the bank account which can take 7 to 10 working days. (depending on the

bank).

In case of refunding card payment, the refund will be returned directly to the customer’s debit/credit card if the customer claims a

refund to their bank. The payment gateway provider will inform MOM+mini to take the necessary initiatives. Card payment can be refunded only to

the cardholder’s account via bank and cannot be refunded partially as per policy.

For Bkash or Nagad payments, the refund will be sent back to your account in 7 to 10 working days.
