MOM+mini is committed to making sure of its convenience and providing you a hassle-free service with every purchase you make. 

MOM+mini offers a 03 days ‘Replacement Guarantee’ if the product has any defect by its manufacturer or the products are not the same ones you have ordered. It is a Must to notify MOM+mini within one day of getting the product in hand. Products must have to be in initial packaging and condition avail ‘Replacement Guarantee.

As a commitment to excellent customer service from MOM+mini, we have the option of taking back the product from your doorstep inside Dhaka city. A return charge might be applied. For outside of Dhaka City, you can always send it by courier.

Products damaged due to improper usage or application, broken seals, damaged packaging will not be covered under our ‘Replacement Guarantee’ policies.

PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• The product you have received is physically damaged.
• The product is different from what you have ordered or in the website’s description.
• Issues of size and fittings.

PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• Products don’t have their tags and seals
• Products that have been washed or worn.
• Products in sets cannot be returned separately or in single pieces
• Products that are not in their original state

If the product is not available or sold out, the customer can choose any other product from our website with the same pricing or can keep the amount debited to their account for 15 days for the next purchase
